Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Teekwa Scarborough is an experienced consultant, advisor, and coach for current and aspiring administrators. PowerPro Assistants, Inc. trains professionals and aspiring assistants, and provides referral services to small business owners for virtual administrative services. Under the leadership of Teekwa Scarborough, PowerPro has set itself apart as a cutting edge, trending business in the virtual and online administrative services community.
 
Prior to the launch of her own business endeavors, Teekwa worked for over 20 years in the world of finance. Utilizing her leadership acumen, she has been instrumental in assisting many organizations and companies to reach their goals and garner great success throughout the years. Teekwa notably spearheaded the online desk manual template for the administrative department, which is used today. In addition, she worked on a Green Belt Project that streamlined report processing.
 
Teekwa’s outstanding work and diligence in improved business processes has been recognized, as she received the Six Sigma Green and Six Sigma Yellow Belt award certifications. Most recently she was nominated and selected as one of Tiana Von Johnson’s “Women Doing Big” honorees, a prestigious recognition for minority women in business and leadership.

LaTisha Bradford has over 20 years of experience working in the finance and Non-Profit sector. LaTisha’s areas of expertise includes financial management and project management. LaTisha began her journey working as a virtual assistant in 2009. LaTisha is also a small business owner and a blogger.
